Subscription Policy
Max pause time is 12 months. The current subscription payment must be up to date.
If restarted within 12 months, contact Farmo with the device serial number. The cost to restart is $30.
If not restarted within 12 months, the device SIM card is de-activated. Restarting will require sending the unit back to Farmo for a new SIM card. The cost to restart with a new SIM card is $50.
