Policy
Pausing Subscriptions
- Max pause time is 12 months. The current subscription payment must be up to date.
- If restarted within 12 months, contact Farmo with the device serial number. The cost to restart is $30.
- If not restarted within 12 months, the device SIM card is de-activated. Restarting will require sending the unit back to Farmo for a new SIM card. The cost to restart with a new SIM card is $50.
