FAQs

Please follow these steps to replace your battery:

1. Use a clean and dry workbench.
2. Clean the outside surface of the device before opening.
3. Open carefully as the bottom and top parts are connected by the battery cable.
4. Disconnect old battery from PCB.
5. Remove 2 screws securing battery strap and then remove battery.
6. Inspect and wipe clean the o-ring and the flat surface on the lid it seals with.
7. Wait 1 minute after removing old battery before putting in new battery.
8. Fix battery strap and connect cable to PCB.
9. Tighten the phillips head screws in alternate order like changing a car tyre.
